7 Quick Takes Friday

Dr. Who fan art that I found on Tumblr.

River + Eleven
Also a tumblr find!!! New Season 3 Still for Sherlock!!!!!!

Since this is the end of the first week on NaNoWriMo I figured I'd share a small section from my story :)

One cold December night on the outskirts of Paris, France a messenger arrived at the palace and demanded to see King Leonard and Queen Clotilde. When the king and queen came down to the entrance way the messenger told them that the king's younger brother Reynard was going to kill them and their eight month old son Arthur, so that Reynard's son Leviathan could become king of France when he became older instead of the current prince. Nodding Leonard asked the messenger how he had come across the information. Clearing his throat a bit nervously the messenger said that he had found it written on a piece of parchment that was being sent from Reynard to his personal adviser and he had intercepted the messenger between the two.
Even though Halloween is over with I thought I'd share the costume I wore to a friend's halloween party, since I didn't do it in last weeks quick takes :) So here is proof that Katniss and the Doctor have met before ;)

I know it's not quite Thanksgiving yet but I found this really cute idea for Thanksgiving themed cake pops on pinterest! You can find the original post for this here :)

Yes I know it's only the end of the first week of November, but I found another cute idea on Pinterst, that is Christmas themed. The tutorial for how to do these can be found here.

Earlier this week my sister Amanda found this story on the internet and shared it on Facebook. It is an awesome story about a group of men who have been playing a single game of tag for 23 years. Here are three rules that the men added :)

  1. The game will only take place during the month of February.
  2. There are no tag backs (retagging the person who just tagged you).
  3. If you are asked if you’re it, you have to answer truthfully.
It is a cute story :)
